Engaging Learning Space Checkmate! Primary School Chess Championship a Resounding Success The annual Primary School Chess Championship was a thrilling event, showcasing the incredible talent and strategic prowess of our young chess enthusiasts. Over 100 students from local schools gathered to compete in a series of intense matches, each one more exciting than the last. From the opening moves to the final checkmate, the atmosphere was electric as players demonstrated their keen analytical skills and unwavering focus. The championship not only highlighted the students’ dedication to the game but also fostered a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship among the participants. Congratulations to all the competitors, and a special shoutout to the top three finishers who will represent our district in the upcoming regional tournament.
